Terms of Service
These Terms of Service govern access to and use of orqimel's website, products, and services. By using the site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. Last updated: July 21, 2026.
1. Eligibility and Acceptance
You must be able to enter into a binding contract in your location. If you use the services for an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind it. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the services.
2. Online Store Terms
You may use the services only for lawful purposes. You may not transmit malicious code, interfere with security, scrape or copy the site through unauthorized automated means, impersonate another person, or use products or content in violation of law or another person's rights.
3. Product Information
We try to display product descriptions, measurements, colors, and images accurately. Screens, lighting, photography, production batches, and individual fit can create variations. Information may occasionally contain errors. We may correct errors and update information, subject to applicable consumer law.
4. Prices and Currency
Prices are shown in British pounds sterling (GBP) unless stated otherwise. Prices may change without notice, but changes do not affect accepted orders except where an obvious error applies and law allows correction. Your payment provider may apply currency conversion or international transaction fees.
5. Orders and Contract Formation
An order submission is an offer to buy. An automated acknowledgement confirms receipt, not acceptance. We accept an order when we send dispatch confirmation or otherwise expressly accept it. We may reject or cancel an order for stock issues, suspected fraud, payment failure, shipping restrictions, quantity limits, obvious pricing errors, or legal reasons. If we cancel after payment, we will refund the amount charged.
6. Payment and Billing
You authorize us and our payment providers to charge the selected payment method for the order total. You represent that billing and payment information is accurate and that you are authorized to use the method. Available methods are displayed at checkout.
7. Shipping
We ship worldwide. Standard shipping is free for a merchandise subtotal of £59 or more and costs £4.50 below £59, calculated after product discounts and before shipping, taxes, and duties. Processing and delivery estimates, customs responsibilities, and package issues are governed by our Shipping Policy, which forms part of these Terms.
8. Returns and Refunds
Returns, exclusions, shipping responsibility, refunds, and cancellation requests are governed by our Return & Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms. Nothing in these Terms limits non-waivable consumer rights.
9. Promotions and Discount Codes
Promotions may have additional terms, eligibility requirements, dates, and exclusions. Unless stated otherwise, codes cannot be combined, applied retroactively, redeemed for cash, or used after expiration. We may cancel misuse, automated abuse, or fraud.
10. Accounts
If accounts are offered, you are responsible for accurate information, credential security, and activity under your account. Notify us promptly of suspected unauthorized access. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or create risk.
11. Reviews and User Content
If you submit a review, photo, comment, idea, or other content, you retain ownership but grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, reproduce, adapt, publish, translate, and display it for operating, promoting, and improving the store. You represent that you have necessary rights and that the content is lawful, accurate as to your experience, and not misleading, abusive, infringing, or malicious. We may moderate or remove content.
12. Intellectual Property
The site and its text, graphics, logos, photographs, design, selection, arrangement, software, and other content are owned by or licensed to orqimel and protected by intellectual-property laws. You may use the site for personal, non-commercial shopping. No other license is granted except as expressly stated.
13. Third-Party Services and Links
Third-party services, payment tools, social platforms, and links may be subject to separate terms and privacy policies. We do not control them and are not responsible for their content, availability, security, or practices. Use them at your own risk, subject to rights that cannot be excluded.
14. Privacy
Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal information. By using the services, you acknowledge that policy. Where consent is legally required, we request it separately.
15. Disclaimer of Warranties
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the services are provided on an 'as available' basis. We do not promise uninterrupted or error-free access. Products carry only warranties expressly stated or required by law. This clause does not exclude guarantees or warranties that cannot legally be excluded.
16. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or opportunity arising from the services. Our total liability for a claim relating to an order will not exceed the amount paid for that order. These limits do not apply where prohibited, including liability that cannot be limited for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or certain personal injury.
17. Indemnification
To the extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless orqimel and its service providers from third-party claims, losses, and reasonable costs arising from your unlawful misuse of the services, violation of these Terms, or infringement of another person's rights. This does not apply to the extent a claim results from our own wrongful conduct.
18. Force Majeure
We are not responsible for delay or failure caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, severe weather, epidemic, war, civil unrest, government action, labor disruption, customs delay, carrier failure, infrastructure outage, or cyberattack. We will take reasonable steps to reduce the effect and honor mandatory consumer remedies.
19. Governing Law and Disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, without depriving consumers of mandatory protections available in their home jurisdiction. Courts of England and Wales have non-exclusive jurisdiction. A consumer may bring a claim in another court where applicable law permits. Before filing a claim, please contact us and allow a reasonable opportunity to resolve the issue. No mandatory arbitration or class-action waiver is imposed by these Terms.
20. Changes, Suspension, and Termination
We may update these Terms prospectively by posting a revised version and date. Material changes apply as required by law. We may suspend or end access to protect the services, comply with law, or address violations. Provisions that by nature should survive will remain effective.
21. Severability; No Waiver; Assignment
If a provision is unenforceable, it will be modified to the minimum extent necessary or severed, and the rest remains effective. Failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. You may not assign these Terms without our consent; we may assign them in connection with a business transaction or by operation of law, subject to applicable rights.
22. Entire Agreement and Priority
These Terms, together with policies and terms referenced at checkout, are the entire agreement regarding the services. If specific promotion or product terms conflict with these general Terms, the more specific terms control for that subject.
